Who we are

Lelfe B.V. is based in the Netherlands (KvK 85015822). For support or privacy requests, use lelfe.eu/contact. We use your name, email and message to respond, keeping correspondence only as needed for follow-up or legal obligations. Our form and email providers handle delivery.

We handle enquiries to provide requested support, pursue our legitimate interests in responding, and meet legal obligations. Where applicable, you can request access, correction, deletion or portability, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to your data-protection authority.

Your content

In our device-based apps, receipts, invoices, customer details, recipes and other content you enter or import are stored on your device until you delete them in the app. Lelfe cannot browse these records or automatically receive their contents. We do not sell your personal data or use it for marketing or advertising.

Third-party services

When you use a feature that relies on a third party, we request and use only the information needed for that feature. Third-party providers handle information under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

iCloud and Files

Apps with iCloud sync store content privately through your Apple Account, under Apple's privacy policy. Changes and deletions sync between devices. Lelfe cannot access this private storage.

Some apps also save document copies in Files. In Receiptory, these copies remain when you delete a receipt from the app; remove them separately in Files. Uninstalling an app does not necessarily remove iCloud data or backups.

Permissions and processing

The camera captures documents, system photo and contact pickers import selected items, and notifications deliver reminders. Control permissions in Settings.

Text recognition and Apple Intelligence suggestions run on your device using Apple's frameworks. Lelfe does not send this content to an external AI provider. Review suggested details before using them.

Sharing

Exports, mail and integrations send the content you choose to your selected destination. An invoice-delivery integration may send the PDF and recipient details to your configured service. Its privacy rules apply. Shared or exported copies remain until you remove them at the destination.

Purchases and network requests

Apple handles purchases. Apps may read entitlements to unlock features; Lelfe does not receive your card details. Apple may provide sales, usage or diagnostic reports under its policies and your settings.

There is no third-party advertising or cross-app tracking. Public app information and images may load from Lelfe, Apple or GitHub without your document contents or a unique app-created device identifier. Providers receive ordinary connection details, including IP addresses, and may keep operational or security logs. Service providers may process information abroad under their privacy terms.
